ECU throws one of the best cookouts for its fanbase to attend. The Pigskin Pig-Out consists of an April weekend full of sales, PeeDee the Pirate birthday party, a pig cooking contest, the Parade of Pigs, movie night, the ECU Pirate Football team, and the Purple/Gold Spring Game afterward!

The event usually has around 150 entrees, which is more than enough to start the holiday season correctly.
